What is served in our restaurant, with its view of the yacht marina, is home-style, traditional German cooking – freshly prepared and of the finest quality. Of course, vegetarians can enjoy many specialties in our restaurant!

We therefore look after our old recipes very carefully. Not for nothing does our Rouladen (beef roll) follow grandmother's recipe – its excellent taste has already been highly praised on television (Hierzuland, SWR) and is known beyond the Moselle region.

Valued by our guests for years is our annual herring meal, held on Ash Wednesday. It is neither frozen nor preserved, but freshly caught. We therefore request that you place orders for this rarity in advance.
